Client Cancellations
- Notice Requirement: The Client must provide at least 7 days’ written notice for cancellation of services.
- Rescheduling: Services may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
- Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable, except for pre-purchased hours that remain unused at the time of cancellation (see Refunds for Pre-Purchased Services below).
Contractor Cancellations
If the Contractor cannot fulfill their obligations:
- The Client will receive prompt notification.
- The Contractor will either provide a suitable substitute or issue a pro-rata refund for unfulfilled services.
Refunds for Pre-Purchased Services
- Eligibility: Refunds are only available for unused hours of pre-purchased services.
- Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Review and Approval: The Contractor will assess the request, and if approved, the Client will receive a refund for unused hours.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and issued via the original payment method.
